  Registration Fees/Payment

  Registration fees are payable prior to the seminar.

  Checks, VISA, MasterCard accepted; no cash, please. Fee

  includes:  Attendance, refreshments, and all seminar materials.

  No confirmation will be sent. Your canceled check or

  credit card statement will be your receipt of registration.

 

  Substitutions and Cancellations

  Substitutions may be made at any time. Your paid

  registration fee is fully refundable if you can’t attend and

  notify us at least seven calendar days prior to the program.

  Late cancellations receive credit toward a future

  seminar.

 

    Program Schedule

  All seminars are scheduled 8:30 a.m. — 3:30 p.m.

  Registration begins at 8:00 a.m.

 

 

  Hotel Reservations

  Please make your own hotel reservations directly with the

  hotel at least three weeks in advance. Mention Staff

  Development Resources when making reservations

  to obtain the seminar rate.

 

  Meet Inservice Requirements

  Verification of participation hours will be provided for continuing
